Product Information and Pricing

VibeAisles Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. If product information, pricing, or availability contains an error, we retain the right to rectify that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information, at no expense to you. For items that carry natural variability — such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials — minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are supplied for reference only; VibeAisles Store cannot warrant that products remain free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, chosen pickup location, and selected time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order remains contingent upon product availability and acceptance by VibeAisles Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched or collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your selected delivery zone and time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement for purchasing such items in your jurisdiction, and a valid government-issued ID will be requested at delivery or pickup. Should an item in your order be out of stock, we will contact you before dispatch and may propose a suitable substitute or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content across VibeAisles Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "VibeAisles Store" name and branding — belongs exclusively to VibeAisles Store and is safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any VibeAisles Store content without our explicit written permission. User Responsibilities

You bear responsibility for keeping your account credentials confidential and for every activity carried out under your account. You must inform VibeAisles Store without delay of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You are likewise responsible for supplying accurate, current contact, delivery, and payment information when placing orders, and for ensuring that any special instructions, eligibility requirements, or product-specific conditions you submit are truthful and complete. When you place an order on behalf of a third party, you alone are responsible for confirming that the third party satisfies all legal eligibility requirements for the purchased products, including age restrictions for restricted goods.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of VibeAisles Store's services shall first be submitted to VibeAisles Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

VibeAisles Store may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Should we introduce material changes to these Terms, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice by email to the address linked to your account, or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
